How is it possible a forum hosted with a shared host of hawkhost.com to be able to have 1800 people online ? :S

Why not hawkhosts.com have super servers that are optimized and thus can hold quite large traffic its not a must that u should have a high number of visitors site on a dedicated server only.
May be that website is simple and does not use alot of load.

Its a phpbb forums, and its quite fast cause im in Greece and the DC is in USA...it sounds like impossible having 1800 people online with just a shared host :S
