For those who aren't aware, today (Sunday) there was an untethered release for iOS 4.3.1 http://blog.iphone-dev.org/

Anyone here upgraded/done it yet? I've just done it, worked like a charm for my iPhone 4. :D

Will be interesting to see if they manage to get something out for iPad 2.

Many times for my old iPhone 3G. First time I did it, my computer crashed. Destroyed the phone. Luckily, they replaced the phone for me.

I did jailbreak my iPhone once but I decided not to have a jailbreaked device, therefore i reinstalled everything. I just had to redownload the firmware.

No, never have.
Apple does everything it can to keep this from happening, because they constantly dictate what the end user does.

Android FTW.

I've upgraded my iPhone4 to 4.3.1 but my signal bar cant update after upgrade. It's just only show 1 bar..i dont know why. My phone is factory unlock. :(

As you stated in the post above, it will be very interesting to see if they can get a proper jailbreak for the iPad 2. Hopefully it won't take a while for them to find a way to jailbreak A5 devices since the iPhone 5 (next generation iPhone) will most likely be on the A5 chip.

Yup i've Jailbroken my iDevices (iPhone 4, iPod Touch 4th Generation) , Once the release of 4.3.1 was out i went straight to it (once after i've saved my shsh) and all worked like a charm . Mine only took like a minute at the most. Hopefully i0n1c will come with a out come for the iPad 2 :P (who knows >.>). The only thing i'm having a issue is with the multitasking Gestures even though its switched on it don't work even the "Use Side Switch to:" thing i don't really know maybe its some bug or something. Anyone experience this?
