Have you heard of Cyber Cast Intl Hosting?

Have you heard or used Cyber Cast Infl (CCI)?

I'm considering using them for a Forum that will contain illegal material.

They seem to have been around for quite some time making them seem reliable. I'd really like some feedback if you have any knowledge of them.

They're hosted in Panama and sell hosting from that Country. You should check their laws out.

Bandwith in Panama is terriable, went on a trip and helped out on some server locating and speed sucks then agian, you can host CP.

Yeah, and I don't want to host cp. It would be more along the lines of fraud etc.

I'm not planning on doing warez. Its more along the lines of hacking, fraud, and open discussion on about anything.

What i would recommend, swedehost.net

swedehost.net looks pretty nice, however, it hasn't been around for as long as CCI, its more expensive, and its in €

@DoctorX : Although you may think NL is good for Warez I would debate you on that . NL is (ok) for warez , due only one DC allowing them and its Ectael , I know for a fact that NetRouting or LeaseWeb dont allow warez , I'd stick with LT ( Western Europe ) or even Asia for example Hong Kong.
