You got unused domains. You send them to me. I make something good out of it. I get to learn new stuff + experience. I sell the site later. We split the money in 50-50. You get 50% of the total money without working on the site.

Since you aren't using the domain or have lost the interest in making a site with it or you do not have the time to start a website, the domain will be unused and would stay in your domain panel until it gets expired.
