Do you have any experience you can share with hetnix.com ?

I am most interested about their Anti-DDoS mitigation,,, and seems more cheap than voxility as they only charge it only once per customer and voxility charge per service.

I have not come across with them. I would suggest you to have a look on Scopehsots.com , they provide SSD Shared hosting services with basic DDOS protection and free migration. I am using their services, everything is working fine.
