Hamza/PakDevs = Scammer

Okay, basically this is how it is.

I paid him for an RDP. His RDP goes down and tells me to wait for a new one. I got one for like a day and that too went down. He tells me hes fixing it and to wait. So ive waited and waited and its been more than a month now and ive received no service.

Ive tried contacting him on msn etc and he just never replies, he ignores my messages.

Ive asked his partner delighted for a refund, and he tells me to speak to hamza yet i tell him he doesnt reply to any of my messages and he says he cannot refund me.

I want my refund, and i suggest none of you guys buy from pakdevs as they are filthy scammers which dont provide you any service and dont provide a refund when asked for. They long it out and you just end up losing your money.

it as been posted several times about him. my suggestion is to claim it back via paypal or however you paid before its to late..

I got tired of the excuses and been ignored.

Open a dispute on paypal.

Opening a dispute on Paypal doesn't resolve in a refund.

After escalating it to a claim, Paypal tells you it's a virtual service you bought which not applicable for a refund and closes your dispute.
