Greek ddl need partner!

I am thinking to create a ddl like phazeddl for Greek people at Greece we are addicted to warez , and there is no ddl site we will be the first!

I need someone to help me to creation and promotion , i provide offshore host and domain.
We both will own the site there is permantly coperation for how log site will work

If someone can create and promote, he wouldn't partner with you. He could just spend the 20$ himself for the domain and host.
