Hiring Graphics worker

I'm looking to hire someone to do some graphics work for me.

What I need doing is:

• A logo around 300x100px
• Forum Statusicons/Announcement Icons/Thread Icons/and other little graphics that may be needed for the forum
• And a sig and avatar that says SceneMan with some abstract/colourful stuff in the background, will show examples.
