Graphical Site Index

Anyone have a script that will allow site Indexes to be graphic? or customized.

Instead of a white background, black text and a list of files/dir
I want to be able to customize it, colours, links, maybe add a header at the top and adsense, custom icons. whatever

for those confused im talking about the page that says INDEX OF /X
