seems to be a problem with the host,i was helping him with this and suddenly this happened,Peanut told me on msn he is contacting the host

No. It's the dns. If you try with www. you'll find the actual site, if you try without www. you'll find the stupid welcome page. You shoulda just waited

try the .htaccess non www to www.
