As a part of our apology, besides the compensation:

We will change the ETA of payouts from 48 business hours into 24 business hours starting from 15 March and FOREVER. We have changed our contract terms with the billing company in order to change the ETA from 48 into 24.

This thing will remain forever, starting from 15 March.

Thanks for you efforts to get things back to normal again.

My upload speed is living proof of it

Well, I didn’t expect we got that speed under the huge load we’re currently facing but it seems both streaming and uploading abilities we have are more than enough at the moment. Thanks a lot for the confirmation, I can at least have a comfortable sleep now.

And I have + 600mbps of bandwidth.

Prior to the incident I went to the maximum of my line.

Possibly the other user is transferring from a computer within the same data center.

It will be compensated manually as I said. As for now, you can upload your new videos to keep the counting working.
I am uploading, But my state has been frozen since three days ago, Just do check my account, This is three times that I am asking , Seems like everything that i had built is gone and i back to zero again, I've been uploading tones of videos on your network and put your player as main player on my websites, It's not fair, Do something man.

Noooooooo, I reloaded several files and placed and now they look black ... they don't play, start over T_T

The files are the ones I uploaded via FTP, i also think it was only the files I uploaded on the 14th, the rest is ok. It would be that day that FTP failed :cry:

Already going back up :muscle:

In improvements, allowing filtering between converted videos and not within the file manager would be very important.

Videos that have black screen errors and cannot be played,will I have to delete them and upload a backup to be compensated?
What happens if I leave the videos behind and do nothing, not delete them, do not upload the backup?
Am I compensated or not?
