This is how the system is broken down:
Guests get access to captcha servers (60 sec wait time) and limited number of semi premium servers (60 sec wait time).
Members get access to captcha (30 sec wait time) , semi premium (30 sec wait time).
Premium that buy tickets / donate Get access to captcha (0 wait time), Premium servers (0 wait time ).
the site costs $ to run and we try our best not to pass it on to users.. how ever we encourage others to buy tickets / donate by implementing that system
