google traffic and file host sites

I want to upload on wupload and filesonic, i have 20k unique traffic from google

not how big should my files be? and what Payment Plan is best with google traffic?

hope somebody can help me with those 3 questions

- how can i earn maximum with file host sites?
- which Payment Plan should i choice?
- how big should my files be
