Hi! I don´t know if this is the right place to ask, please let me know if it isn´t and I will ask it again in the correct one.
I have started a site 5 years ago, which was striked by google, and I´ve lost almost all the traffic from tier 1 country, and a few days ago I´ve received a mail from google saying something like this (Translation from spanish):

"Google systems have determined that at least 96% of Google Search data for your website is not displayed in Search Console. This tool records data for all subdomains and protocols separately, so in particular, the data for variants of your website that you have not verified is missing."

Someone knows if this is relevant to google indexation, or is just talking about search console? ?

I think it only about search console :
Received the same message. and i was also thinking that my search console data didn't make a lot of sense.
So i clicked the link in the email to verify my domain as new property.
And it worked and i got completly different data about my real impressions/click and ranking...

This problem happens when you add your property in search console as "http://domain.com", "https://domain.com", www or whatever

The correct way to do it is to add it as "domain.com"
