Why do they accept hosting files if they are worse than us?

The Big G has the mentality that "People who have bad intentions (ie the users browsing the forums) will not be willing to spend money since they are looking for free stuff" so advertising a product on a warez site for sale won't turn out well. I still love Google nevertheless.

File hosts are not illegal. Warez sites are. File hosts are not responsible for what is stored on their servers. They do not upload them. Other people do.

Yea right but as if they didn't know that hosting files sites are alive and almost everything stored in their server are illegal files.
