He wants to place someone else's Adsense Ads on his website and he will share his site's earning with the owner of that account. The adsense account owner will pay him. (by paypal,etc)

He is probably going to do a 50/50 split so if his site generates 200$/month then he will split that with the adsense account owner. Of course that depends on the revenue split they work out.
