Good video host that pays?

Searching for a video host that pays.
I tryed videobb but quality is bad when i watch vidoes.
Uploaded an OK XviD file but it was a great quality lost when i watched it from videobb.

If you want to get a good quality you have to upload 1080p/720p videos.
I suggest you Videozer, it pay 1k for 1k views, but the user should watch all the video.

Yes it's for premium users so you can earn more for premium sales, when i started uploading HD movies the premium sales increases very fast.

This glumbouploads.com looks nice , I don't know about payments but quality of DIVX looks really great and You can even convert video to MP4.
