I'm looking for a good studio-ish type program.
You know, fix up vocals, edit sounds, remove hiss, fix up intruments, equalize, maybe even have built in instruments. (Like GarageBand)
I'm running Windows XP Media Center, so GarageBand is not an option.
I've been using Adobe Audition and I've got to say, it's really good.
But, there must be something better out there, I know there is.
So, if you guys know of anything, please let me know? Thanks.

I've used Fruity Loops if it's electronic/dance. I think your more vocal/guitar so not sure what's more suitable for you.

Yeah, I'm more of an acoustic kind of music player.
But, I'll take a look at it, you never know, could work for me, too. c:
Thanks, Happy. <3

Pro Tools is the shit, one of the best if not the best to use. Also try FLs tudio, good luck (y)
I'll look into those!
Thanks, Flash. :D

Don't just use one program, use multiple ones to get the best effects. Not all music programs out there do the best at all.

Cubase by Steinberg has been the most popular on Win systems ... but there is no decent cracked latest version available.

Pro Tools needs hardware if you want to use it well.

I myself use Reason and Fruityloops ...

Fl Studio is the best on windows and if u wanna cleanup vocals use mastering tools for that best one is yamaha Master 1.0 its discontinued but u will find the plugin on the net its awesome for vocals and overall mastering....

FL is nice but like Happy said, it's more for electro. Then again Audacity is enough if you know what you're doing lol.

Audacity sucks major dick man.
Adobe Audition is more than enough, but I'd like to get some instruments and more variety.

fruity loops is good =)

Yeah, that's what a lot of people have been saying, I'll try to download it soon.

Is that Yamaha Master 1.0 for FL or what?

& Yeah, I was reading about Pro Tools.

Yeah, I guess you're right.
But, I don't need to like completely edit everything.
I like to keep it original, but I also like to add some nice effects. c:
