Good pops network?

Hi, I'm sick of all these networks that serve redirects to virus pages, or sites that take over your browser etc. It even happens with Exo.

It's not good for google rankings, and it scares users away.

Does anyone know of a network that serves legitimate pops?

all network have this type of ads .. but some network %50 some is just %1
if any network says " we have a %100 clean network " its the big lie
there is always %1 risk to catch it with their abuse system
when you are on deafult feed there is always such pages but when you are are at premium Feed and fixed CPM there is no such pages

just send me website name i ll check the traffic geo and i l try to give you best CPM
