just wanted to get some feedback on a PC and value - if you know anywhere cheaper let me know :)

the PC will just be for running 4 instances of MetaTrader 4, IM and Web Browsing, so I think this could be a bit of an over kill. but I want the four screens so I can monitor my four trading accounts without having to flick through windows to get to them

CPU Type:Intel i7 2.8 GHz (930)
System RAM:6 GB (Fast 1333MHz)
Hard Disk Drives:80 GB SSD (Boot Drive) + 1TB (Storage Drive)
Backup Drive:Bootable Backup Drive
Graphics Cards:nVidia Quadro FX 380 (Professional Desktop Graphics Cards)
Optical Drives:DVD +/- RW
Audio:6 Channel HD Audio
Networking:Integrated Gigabit Ethernet LAN Adapter
Memory Reader:Front Mounted Memory Card Reader
Ports:9 x USB 2 - (6 Rear & 3 Front)
Inputs:Microsoft Wireless Laser Keyboard & Mouse
Operating System:Windows 7 Professional (64-Bit)
This is £1499.95 (including VAT)

I already have 4x 22" screens that I'll attach to this - they are not new but I don't want to burn cash :)

Thanks,

Get a i7 870 and save on the mother board. Theres not much difference in performance.

Love the sound of 80GB SSD. XD

You'll be fine with 6GB ram. :)

Get a GTX 480!!! KICK ASS!!! Needs huge psu..

Love building PCS... :p

Nice one, it will be really powerful. If you play games on it you can run all games at high performance. I mean max. settings.

Nice one .. man!

Here is mine too ;)

2010 Alienware Area-51 ALX Desktop Specs:
• Intel® Core™ i7 980x Extreme (3.33GHz, 12MB Cache)
• Nvidia GeForce GTX 570 1280MB DX11 ZT-50201-10P
• 12GB DDR3 1600MHz (3x 4GB) Tri Channel Memory
• 2TB RAID 0 (2x 1TB SATA-II, 7,200 RPM, 32MB Cache HDDs)
• Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium
• Dual Drives: Blu-ray Disc (BD) Burner (Writes to DVD/CD/BD) and DVD-ROM

I don't think you'd be able to do much gaming with a Quadro graphics card :-) You could probably save money by getting an nVidia GTX460 and you'd get similar performance (or better, I haven't really looked at comparisons for them).
