If you are looking for clean ads, than I would recommend you edomz.com network, otherwise you have many other options to earn much more like clicksor, infolinks. but you will have to compromise your site with redirects and virus

I have tried edomz and qadabra. Edomz is better as they on NEt15 basis where as Qadabra pays on Net45 basis.

Both Popads and Edomz are pop up/under networks. I guess the original poster was asking about CPM banner ads. In that case, try out -> Adversal, Qadabra, Pulsepoint - in that order.

If you are okay with pops (which I personally hate), go for Popads. They have higher rates compared to Edomz. You can also try out pop under ads by Adversal/Qadabra. Although rates are lower than Pop only networks like Popads - they serve clean ads and you can limit the number of pops per visitor.
