Ya I was aware you had issues with him but as it was outside WJ we can't ban him. If proof is provided with Exel's it will definitely help but on it's own it wouldn't be enough for a ban.

(this is as far as I'm aware of the rules anyway)
 
I have a query though and sorry to raid your thread Exel but why should it matter if the deal was made out of Wjunction? If the person who scammed is a member here then he should be banned no matter what because he will probably do it again to another member who is unaware of him. My 2 cents.
 
ifu are sure that the person is scammer than y cant we ban him even if he has scammed outside ?

Can staff discuss this issue among themselves & come out with new rule

i guess you guys haven't been to BHW much. he was an ex-mod, and has a sticky thread now on their shitlist 8-)

OK I'm go to 50 other forums online and scam for 1,000s of dollars and when i get banned there then I willcome to WJ and not be banned so i can carefully pick my next targets

wjunction is not an internet police -.- lets say u get banned here for scamming does that mean u will get banned at say DP or other webmaster forums ? the answer is NO
 
How many people on your forums or other forums are called aXXo or have aXXo in their name? Do you think it's the real one?

You can't just ban someone for having a similar name. If you looked closely you'd notice it's not even the same spelling. I've had people on black market sites register and pretent to be me in order to gain trust and then scam people. For example one person tried to do buisness with Hawk pretending to be me. Does that mean I get banned as a result from WJ. Get serious guys and wise up. You can't ban someone for no reason without proof otherwise I could just create an account called bxflow or Crucify and scam people for thousands and watch ye get the blame.

As soon as Exel of anyone else provides proof WJ will take action.
 
I can provide proof that I have never dealt with "TheTorrentSeller" ever in my Marketplace history.

All of you have been mistaken; theirs another user lurking around Blackhat forums/marketplaces named "G00B3R", with double zero's. As you can see my name is "Goob3r", he's just an imposer trying to frame my work/history.

To the point, two users here are clarifying that I'm a "scammer", which I certainly am not. I paid Exel for a premium skin he created, which when I bought the skin it had many bugs and didn't even work on many of my forums; I sent him several PM's concerning the bugs, but no; he avoided me.

I claimed the cash back, as the skin wasn't what he said it would be. Now he's wanting the money back; and calling me a scammer, but really; he's the one who scammed me.

As you can see, that "G00B3R" character is from the US, and yes; I'm from Australia (check my IP). Do some research before you post Zakuza, you're not helping anyone.

TheTorrentSeller, post proof, please.
