contrate un vps hace 4 días, y los tiques los respondían muy tarde, bueno el caso es que no quise esperar mas y abri disputa(controversia) el dia 02/03/2012, bueno quiero la devolución del dinero ya que el servicio que brindan es pésimo, ellos me entregaron el vps el dia 03/03/2012 hora: 4:00 am hora venezolana, pero el caso es que ya no quiero el vps, asi que le pedi al administrador creo que se llama michal, que me devolviera el dinero y me dijo que no...

a otra cosa me dijeron que me iban a entregar el vps al pasar las 24 horas, cosa que no hicieron, lo entregaron 4 dias despues, cosa que no me gusto y por eso quiero el dinero, por mal servicio

Michal is a good guy, and he doesnt mess with people's money.
I am sure he will help you out, BTW, why did you ask for a refund, when you were provided with a VPS ?

Did you check their TOS before applying for a VPS ?
I dont think they provide bad service, he has had bad times recently, but their service is good.

looking friend I mean "I do not want their services" is included all that happened I do not give the bone time vps, plus I needed those 4 days before that happened, responds to the latest tickets etc tec

There cannot be any refund, if you don't understand that, then you are too dumb. Paypal dispute will not help too, as it is mentioned in the TOS.

All I am saying is, will it be fine with you if more days are added to your service?
I can talk to Michal and ask him about it.

I cannot make him understand that the money cannot be returned as there is no refund policy for this kind of case.

If he wants, he can ask for more days added to his service.
