Money was stolen from me because for a whole week the hacker was accessing whatever he wanted on your servers, he was able to redeem a voucher from my Uplaoded account a few minutes before me, I have notified Uplaoded about this and bit4coin, and they are looking on how to compensate me.
Everytime I am the first aware of the hack and that's why you think I am the hacker, but no problem I am the stupid who used your service in the first place and instead of apologizing you accuse me, that's pretty low from you and it shows how you consider your clients.
I have been a client of Giga-RDP since 2013, not all the time I was a client as I stopped for some months in 2014, but since January 2015 I have been buying slots from Giga-RDP for my work, after the hack, I believed you when you said you cleared everything and blocked the attack and returned to normal use of the server, but I was a fool for doing and now I am paying the price for that.

U must change ur pay out to 2 factors and no one can take your money anymore

I have had several other rdp services and my accounts hacked too
its not related to pertecular rdp
when you are uploader ,there are so many ways that hackers can get ur pass

I am in giga for 2 years ,no one stole money from my UL RG FF HF UR accounts


Tha hacker did not make the payout request he only saw one made and waited for the coupon to appear on my account and redeemed it before me, last time I was too fast for him, but yesterday i was out and away from my computer so he had the time to redeem it before me. Now what is angering me is that the admin is accusing me of being the hacker, the money is not a real problem and I am in the process of getting it back.

I said I believed it was one of the staff and have kicked him
the evidence dose clearly point to one of my staff
but it's so blatant stupid evidence that I suspect he is being framed
but just to be sure I removed him anyway

I suspect you of the first hack because your account was the only one touched by the hacker
and because of the way the 2 of you talk
there was a third reason that I can't think of at the moment
honestly I don't really care if you are or not
catching the hacked would accomplish nothing we need to block him

Tha hacker attacked me because he found I was making alot for cash (from his point of view, I think I am not doing that great) and because he could steal money from me in Bitcoin which is as you know irreversible once the transaction has been made. But he didn't know that Uploaded would replace me with another coupon sent directly to my e-mail and not appearing on my account because bit4coin backed my story and the email of redemption was different from the email of request.
Anyway me too i don't car who the hacker is and changed, my passwords again, third time in a week, let's see if this time you have been able to really stop the hacker.
I was going to open a dispute in Paypal to get my money back but I will wait until you complete your investigation and see what results you will get.

I Bought RDP plan CA / 250 GB HDD / 64 GB RAM, When I check the server spec it just displays 22 GB of RAM and not 64 GB.
I've been using a lot of services RDP, when I buy a 32 GB / 64 GB of RAM, in the information system will show 32 GB / 64 GB RAM and not 22 of GB.

After 2 days using they RDP service I cant login to server, staff reply my ticket fast they restart my password but when I login to RDP, my HDD space was cut to 90 GB, also all my files deleted.

SUPER AMAZING TERRIBLE RDP SERVICE. I'M NEVER GOING BACK TO HERE.

Don't you find it strange that when you take an RDP from Giga-RDP you only find 5-6 other users only besides you ? it's because the server is not fully rent to RDP slots
The difference in RAM is because he rents VPS solts on the same servers of the RDP slots, so he reserves the RAM for the VPS slots and that's why we get less RAM than advertised as every Gb of RAM to the VPS can not be shared on the RDP slots. And this info I got from the admin himself, as he said the servers are managed differently from classical RDP servers to avoid losing money if the RDP if not full of clients.
 
ram is dynamic
setting up these servers for client use takes a couple hours
to speed that up I put the hole thing in one large VPS
it is just one VPS per server with full access to the servers power
this allows me to aply a template of my setup in just a few min
making for really fast re installs and making it a lot easier to get everything done every time
security for RDP is getting really complicated (finding ways to block all the dif hackers)

anyway back to ram
when I slaved the full ram to the VM the server locked up
something would run on the core OS grab the wee bit left and then it would just crash
so I set it to dynamic meaning it has access to all ram but only tie's up what it needs
you are seeing 22GB cause that is the most that has been used since the server last rebooted
we can't even buy 22GB of ram
we can get 2,4,8,16,24,32,64,128,256 depending on the server and the DC

as to your quota 90GB is an odd number that drive is set to default of 200 (I do not even have a 250GB plan)
correction I just checked the server and seems I forgot to set the quota's Screenshot by Lightshot
meaning you should currently have no limit at all hehehe
I have now set the drive to a quota of 200GB
but I don't see how you could have seen a quota of 90GB when the drive didn't have any quota's active at all

as for lost files
well we are sorry about that
the hacker deleted files on many servers

there is some truth in that
if you buy the 6 core ENC plan it is a shared server
when we first opened into VPS we put some RDP slots on the servers to cover there cost
and ill admit that is getting a little out of hand (iv been meaning to discuss it with the VPS manager)

Four days for a simply need: CLOSE MY FROZEN SESSION. Your support is very, very slow.

try to access task manager by using the key combination CTRL + ALT + END and then file >new process>explorer.exe and then press OK

if your payment is on the next month and it has not started yet then I have no objection to granting a full refund

this isu sounds like your private account is locked up
95% of the time we just need to log you off and it returns to normall
can't do anything from here though these matters needs to be dealt with on my site threw tickets

The next month payment would be on June 18th, today is 16th, so, I want my money back.

I've replied for 3 times to my ticket and I've got no response.

I've been waiting hours response, he has ignored all requests for refund that I have made.


If not resolved in the next few hours I will open a dispute on PayPal.

open a fresh ticket politely saying you have changed your mind about keeping the VPS for the next month
your due date is on the 18th as I recall so there should be no isu

I also don't respond to tickets much I have 15 staff and leave the tickets to them
the VPS manager is also really busy and looks at tickets when she has time

I was talking to the VPS manager
There are currently 2 VPS clients asking for refunds
One was doing a DDOS attack from his slot (I got 8 emails (3 threatening) from OVH over it) and he will NOT be getting a refund
The other was granted 2 weeks free for some reason that I didn’t catch
Im not sure which of these 2 you are but either way im not sure a refund at this point is the correct course of action

I won’t be commenting on VPS isu’s anymore
If needed ill ask the VPS manager to respond
Im stepping on people tow’s here and don’t want to risk an argument when I don’t have all the facts

Sure you may know the IP address of VPS from which made the DDOS, comprobaríais that was not me, but the explanation is simple: OS WANT TO BE WITH MY MONEY.

But what should martin do, if i infected every server?
He need to clear everything on his own, because he couldnt know, who the person was, that made the mistake with the data.
So please.... relax... it is still a good service!
