I have all told nearly 70 servers now
problems will happen
the browser problem is a common on that normally means the server needs a reboot
but I can't to well help you when I have no idea where you are in the system
I need your plan name

as for discounts
im already selling these slots way to cheap
nearly 70 servers and all told im making less then 1,000EU a month profit
do the math that is less then 15EU per server
and some of these servers are costing me over 150

im trying to give my clients lots of dif plans to choose from and at a really low price to
I simply can't go any lower

if your unhappy your welcome to buy from someone else
 
i can login to rdp but one my program its delete or moved and i have try again to install.i can not open more ,from yesterday ,and i have yesterday open ticket but nothing reply ,ican not more work ,i hope martin fast fixed this problem
 
the website is back online
ran into a few unexpected problems and will need to try again later
it's not working at 100% now
but the client side should be normal
 
I only look at tickets the staff flag for me
really busy and currently have 15 staff working on tickets
a couple of the more active staff should be coming online in an hour or so


Ps
all current tickets on the list are under 12 hours old
support used to be faster but people are getting help
 
there is no way to block an admin class user
you can make it difficult (hardly going to explain in open forum)
but you can't make it impossible

if your worried about security then you should go with an Encoding plan not admin
 
amartin99 offers the best rdp out there
best service i have ever used
they always respond to tickets VERYYY FAST and are always very helpful
totally vouch for this man and his services


PS. To the people who complained about respond time in tickets,i do not want to be rude but,WTF people,since they respond within 3-4 hours tops,the only thing i can think of is that you do that on purpose in order to mess with him
 
I second that. I have had nothing but very quick help with the few problems or requests that I have needed. Service is always top notch. It is also one the best RDP's I have ever had for the price. Down time has been very minimal, very very rare when I can not use it when I need it. amartin99 in my humble opinion has a great company that actually works. I have been with Giga for a year now and plan to stay.
 
someone deleting files | kills tasks

Hi,
someone is killing tasks like jdownloader, firefox, z-o-o-m uploader and so on.
Someone is also killing explorer.exe or restart/resetting the server.
And the best thing is: someone delete my files in my folders (50-100GB).
I redownloaded some files and those files also got deleted.
Now im not able to login to my server, it says only "password or username wrong" but i dont changed it.
Im waiting now for about 4 hours for a reply but i dont got one.
Maybe ill get here some help.
Ill try to switch my account to an "non admin product".
