What i do:
Im a Graphics Designer and im offering my services. Cost is really cheap but it may take a week or two depending on how busy i am(normally it gets done within the day though).
I do some limited web design(making your vbuletin skin look much better, personalising it, etc)
Any custom vbulletin skins, will be done by SmartSkin, which is coming very soon, be sure to lookout for us

Ask any of them if you dont trust me.
How the Payment works:
You tell me what to make, we agree on the price.
I make it, send u a screenshot as proof that i made em.
You send the money, i send the files.
General Payment
All prices are Custom but heres what you can expect
Banner-$3-$15 depend on size, complexity, etc
Icon
0.5-$1 read/unread icons i can do, the really small icons, id get a professional icons designer or a stock pack.
Animated Banner/Affiliate Logo5-$20 again depends on the complexity, etc

If i have your work here and you want it taken down, please let me know and ill remove it, although i would normally ask you if you minded me using it.
I no longer create banners, icons or logos. I do however, do web design. I can design a template and code it in html/css as well as some PHP(I'm still learning)
