I'm new to all this, so bare with me. 
I'm Interested in making a site something similar to Facebook and Deviant Art. I would like a similar template like facebook, something clean & simple but it will function more like deviant art for user can place and share their art. I would like to know what would be the best CMS to run a site like that. I read about Joomla and Drupal but still not sure. If you can recommend anything else please do?
Also I was told to try maybe LightCMS or NING but not sure thats what I'm looking for.
