This thread is for those who try to earn money from hotfile but can't get good number of downloads. Most people are Copper rank and will earn $4 from 1k downloads of 100 MB files.

I'll create a list from the replies in this thread and so that everyone can benefit from it.

How many downloads do you get and how to you get that (what and where you post) ?

I just upload applications and music. i get 200-300 hits for each. I upload for one 4* and one 5* site. I never post my uploads on other site because it does not get much hits because Mostly you can get hits from guest section.

Usually I get 70-100 downloads daily and on days when my files get submitted i get more downloads ;)
 
i ust to just upload apps to warez bb and i would get anywhere from 50-1000 downloads a day. Was making about $12 a day at one stage.
 
I upload to one site and that site is HQ-Uploads.
I get around 9k RS points and i earn around 2-3$ a day.
I upload Tv Programmes, Games, Music & Films.

Stopped uploading to hf =/ I got 2k rs premium points from yesterday afternoon :)) its less because I almost stopped uploading :/ Thats kinda auto generating :p
 
The number of downloads on RS or HF (or any other filehost) is no comparison.

On one submit (to pornbb.org, around 40 xxx movies) I can get around 10-12K downloads on RS ... doing the same thing on HF gets me only around 1,000 downloads.
 
Dunno about porn.. Never get good download number from it.

But the best way to get download is upload big app, Windows, Office.. Even with RS mirror I still can get 100+ download/link on HF, before link get block.

Best record/day on HF: 3465 Download on Silver (Earn $27.15)
 
Make your site grow with help from Katz, get traffic from them.. Do not waste your time posting on small forums.. It's almost enough only posting to Warez-bb, it's where you get your main downloads if you don't have a site.. You can try to become uploader in one or two sites and while helping their site grow you will earn your few bucks.. I really don't understand why everyone want those small bucks.. You'll need to post a lot if you want to earn big money.. When I used to upload like hell I could get $20 from Hotfile a day.. And I am posting mostly music only.. Even underground shitty music.. It will give you downloads... Upload upload and upload even more..! Don't waste ur time, now.. go upload.. and spread your links.. Good luck..

But.. Remember that, you will get most downloads IF you upload movies.. Movies will bring you points and money no matter......!

27.15 is a great amount of money.. This is one of the reasons why continue uploading if you care for money..

To everyone else, if you upload only to make money and don't share or doing it for the fun and you only get 1 dollar a day, then quit now.. lol

Truthly and honestly Speaking....I never tried Hotfile till now,not only HF but also others...as no confidence that i may get 1000 downloads...so i choose Paid uploader position till now.....but i am about to start my own uploads and accidentally saw this thread.....so i hope..i may get some help from You...Mr.PANKAJ

Uploads : Movies & TV Shows

I hope i can make more money in the near future.
