Get That MP3, is one of my projects, the domain is almost a year old, it was used a a MP3 Download website, basicly it would search grooveshark and then offer direct download.
The project was abandoned when the unofficial grooveshark api, we where using closed down, i did manage to get a Grooveshark Api Key (from grooveshark) for the official api, but the coder who was doing the project never recoded it to work with the official api and i never did either, you should be able to hire a coder here to do it fairly easily or you could move to youtube or another source of audio files, comes complete with well written terms of service, and about us page.
How is this huge potential?
Well quite simply music sites are growing fast and there is plenty of companies who will happily allow you to make money from these type of sites one example is you could add limits on the downloads and then a sharing zone button or advertisements.
