Hetzner doesn't allow warez linking and even porn linking. It is a big risk to be hosted by them with those stuffs.

Let me update your sentence, Hetzner never terminated all service, except you ignore their email. But if you do what they want before 24 hours there will be no terminated. I have received almost 100 notice from hetzner. And if I follow all what they want, they never terminated. But hetzner very strict about DDOS. they will immediately shut down the whole server.
 
Ouch, Hetzner clearly said they do NOT allow linking and even legal porn. About 1 year ago or so I had a server there. They basically _terminated_ my server when someone linked at a couple warez linking sites I was hosting there.

I'm not the only one. Even WRZHost's servers got terminated without any notice:

I fail to see how some of you can publicly say they are Hetzner and allow warez when Martin(the owner of Hetzner) clearly said they don't allow it.
 
ups so sad to hear. but lucky for me they never do that. They always notice me if there's dmca notice to me. As long as I remove the content they really fine about that. And I almost 6 month being hetzner customer. and the server very perfect. but when I got ddos attack, their support become terrible.
