So there is a way to limit speed on a dedicated server, but not on a vps?
Dude, are you listening to yourself? What do you think a vps is? A server split in smaller server..

i starting to get slow speeds on this vps was fast yesturday but now and then it going slow hope it doesnt carry on doing this all time

ok it still slow speed defo bad service hosting i hope i can get my refund back

to make sure it wasnt just me i had 2 more people to test and they even said same slow speeds aswell worst vps i ever brought with bad speed and server keeps going offline when it feels like it so i dont want it anymore and i think you want to think harder to weather to carry on trying to sell giga hosting vps as you will start to get bad rep

Sniper thinks he gets away with a article in his TOS that he never refunds even if he fucks up.

I paid him to install Wine, which he never did. I asked him for a refund (its only US$3).

He replied that I should have read his TOS and that he never refunds. So now I opened a Paypal dispute. He says he doesn't care.

Let Paypal rule over this.
 
why as this guy been warned before or something

just read what you put on page 3 look like i wont be getting my refund thats maybe why hes not been on for 2days or so
 
If you paid by PP, just open a dispute. Then it will be in the hands of Paypal.

I was last year in the same position where Bentink refused to refund me. I opened a dispute and within three days the money was returned.

A clever host would consider a refund over the risk of losing his Paypal account.

3. Services

The Service Provider shall provide access to the Services paid for by the Subscriber expressly for the use of the Subscriber, to include maintenance of the underlying hardware and network infrastructure necessary to connect the Service to the Internet and a password to support authentication while using the Service. The Subscriber shall not obtain any right or title in any equipment or software belonging to the Service Provider or any third parties whose equipment the Service Provider may utilize to provide the Service. During the term of this Agreement, and conditioned upon full payment of fees, the Service Provider grants to the Subscriber a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service solely in accordance with this Agreement and the guidelines set forth in the Acceptable Use Policy. We will Not refund for Any Of the On-shore Servers offered on our site ( Nothing Mention about offshore servers)


After reading over sniper terms of services it shows that he'll not refund anyone money if they're on the onshore server but it doesn't state he won't refund anyone that's on the offshore servers i'm guessing if you got clients that want a refund that's on the offshore server sniper my best suggestion would to be is refund them you state no refunds for onshore server only but there is nothing in your terms of services that states you'll not refund a person if they're on the offshore server.

I didn't know the exact wording of that article. It is probably not for offshore servers.

But Sniper thinks he can make quick money with buying a server at Euro 9.99 and then selling it for US$20.

If a customer wants a refund, it's unlikely giga will refund him. So there goes his money. That's the same way why he lost his reseller account on Burst.net
for not paying his servers which were can canceled by clients. You thought he must have learned from that.

Anyway, he refuses to refund me the install service he didn't perform. But that was NOT related to the onshore servers but to a service he had to perform.

BTW You might ask yourself if the rule about no refund holds in court and has been proofread by a lawyer.

Anyway, if he doesn't refund I will go to the bitter end and cause him as much trouble by escalating him into a Paypal claim.

whatever you do dont buy from this guy you wont get a refund for offshore even tho theres no tos for it and i got a claim and i hope i win which i find out tomorrow

i beware of this buyer he gets is stuff else where and thats why he doesnt refund
