yah the whmcs style folder seems not ok configured or change directory

at the first step of registeration from here you see that you have to add a domain
i registered and purchased semi-anually shared..
i see my domain..but i cant join the site..
does that mean that i have to buy a domain like i registered from a place like godaddy or namecheap...?
or the domain is ready since i registered it through gearserve.net ?
Please answer me asap
 
at that step , you only add domain which you alredy bought from godaddy and namecheap for example . and when you get hosting you will get details from GearServe about nameservers , go to domains control panel (godaddy for example) update nameservers and that is it .

mate , what have you done about LiveSupport , hired someone ? cause i haven't seen LS online for some time :/ Maybe it is online , but than i can only conclude it is online really small amount of time !

It's online for less time now days, as we don't get much sales query's there just 1 chat or so in 2 days.. and most of the other chats were support chat's who we tell to open a support ticket, as it's not safe to do support functions over LiveChat.

Eg, Someone come's to the livechat with the email ID of a client, and ask's us to delete a database as it's not working or has some error and that he will reupload the backup database, and we delete it, and then the client is affected for no fault of his/her.

That's why we use our LiveChat only for sales :)

I'm active at this forum everyday, and most of the people like support ticket's so that they can keep a track of what's happened over time (upgrades, downgrades etc)

UPDATE :
I'll be buying a new server in the US sometime this month and then we will add more stock, The current stock left is the last for sometime, It wont be refilled for some time and will be refilled only when we get the new server.

We don't allow warez site's any more, due to a change in our datacenter's TOS, a email has been sent to those hosting warez linking sites with us with more information about this change, if by chance you host a warez linking site and have not received the email, PM me for a copy of the email.
 
I never wanted to remove any clients, but our datacenter suddenly changed the TOS, after many dedicated server's in the DC were put offline due to warez hosting, Open in a ticket and I'll provide the pro-rated refund and your backup for download.

My tech has told me that he has sent you your backup, So sorry for this.

To all the other Warez Linking clients, we are getting the backups from FTP now, There might be some delay due to the amount of data involved, but don't worry as we have your backups safe in the FTP Backup Server.
