Hi Gboxes,
I uploaded some files using torrent , after all files been downloaded and stored(FILES: A-B-C-D-E-F-G), but then some of IT missing (A-B-C-D-E got deleted), Then I I re up again using torrent, and this time the same thing happened (B-D-F-G got deleted). Next, I try again the third time and had different result (A-E-F-G got deleted). Please fix it. Thanks

Please let me know your username, name of files deleted, because I think these files may be deleted due to copyright reports.
I recommend to send email to "info@gboxes.com"

I believe that it's not about DMCA, but it's a bug.

I think there is no bug that delete exact files, then delete the same files if reuploaded.

Any way, we will check.

Hi GBoxes, I find that some of my files "ghosting" in your server: The files (with its own size) has a download link BUT when I download it shows: "No such file with this filenameNo such file with this filename"
Kindly please fix this bug. Thanks.

I tried to contact you but got no response.

Could you please extend my space? I have only 9gb left and cant upload/use your host anymore. Downloaders like your host but you have that sucky amount of space for uploader, please extend to at least 500gb for registered users. And limit 1gb upload for free users.
