thanks a lot for great support !! .. gb is the best host .. hope it will bee in future too .. don't post here about payments .it will resume soon .
 
reason is that all mostly filehost are scamming to users so users are afraid when some one delay payment or not giving or some thing like that so user afraid that this host also not paying and may be it will scam us ... and users are correct on their way but every filehost have problem . after big filehosts all filehost must having a problem i did't see any filehost after filesonic fileserver and all which are gone that they are stable. every filehost have some problems some have payment problem some have uploading problem some have data base problem some have other problem .. i just say that wait and give time to gb for solving problems .. hope it will solve problem soon if u guyz will cry like this may bee soon this thread also can close . then u will say sc*m sc*m :p so if u want that this filehost will stay on wj and give support then u will have to wait . now choice is ur's ;)

Of course we have our problems - everyone does. The difference is that we are not giving up and stealing everyone's money as soon as a new problem comes up.

Our main problem so far has been our RAID stability/datacenter choice. Where we chose to host our system - they don't have very good hardware apparently. We have fought through 4 HDD failures, and we haven't lost any data yet. Yes, our uploads have been down for a while, and they may not be 100% anymore, but we are still in business.

Another upcoming problem that we want to announce is our premium membership prices. We priced our premium memberships too low. We want to keep a high PPD, but we cannot offer $15 for 30 days premium if we also offer $25/1000 PPD. A decent uploader will make $35-$55/month. This means that we lose quite a bit of money.

Therefore we will increase all of our premium memberships by 35%.
The new price table will look like

1 day - 4.00USD
7 days - 7.00USD
14 days - 13.00USD
30 days - 21.00 USD
120 days - 70.00USD
365 days - 165.00 USD


Another Note
We do not care at all if you think we are scamming you. If you think this, then you are welcome to leave. If you complain here about waiting too long for your money, then you can expect to wait longer. We do not have any patience for people like that.

For those that stick with us and have patience - you will be rewarded as we grow stronger.
 
hmm reasonable prices for premium considering your PPD yea , but will the 70 days for 35$ prem from our account remain? i hope so :)
 
one suggestion is that give premium acc in low price to uploaders only who can get premium from their earning . and remove option for creating another account from earning . so they can't sell premium account to anyone they will use for their purpose
