Hi guys

I have a Question, I'm Sure many First Timers Ask this all The Time.
Its About Gaining Traffic, Video Cloud - is only A month Old and on the 1st Week we got
300-400 Uniques
and A month on its the same.

We Have Spends Alot of money advertising on 3rd party Sites, Ad Network and BackLinks
Yet most traffic still comes from Facebook/Twitter...

People Say it maybe down to the Niche but we believe we created something Unique


Please Give us your thoughts and help us Improve and stay alive :)

Hello,you can make some affiliate program(to atract the customers) and good seo,add the website on forums,buy banners on wjunction(if you have money),make some promotions,make a good desing,enough space for everyone,much time for file or never delete.Good Luck! If you allow porn i will use too.Good Luck!

But Only Our Upload Team can Upload Videos (to ensure only Quality Videos go up)
and useres (with out registering can view the Videos
but People that register get to create PlayLists, Download The Video, and Soon get Priority Requests
 
Or...You can make a facebook page and buy 5-10k likes,if i see a page with much like i am attracted to like it too,if i see a page with less likes i dont attracted to like it
 
Why don't you optimize your website more so that it will rank well on search engines.

Involve in social media marketing to get some quick momentum.
 
I guess you need to achieve a better ranking in Google if you want good traffic from the search engines. Invest with your website's SEO. I started with good content and traffic grew from there. Traffic from the social media is fine as well but if you want traffic for the long-term then go with SEO.

Well, your URLs aren't seo friendly, http://www.video-cloud.me/view?v=1L0M0Dx82148t8bW that's horrible, do look how wordpress does it, and emulate, for ex: http://www.video-cloud.me/the-kingdom-2007-trailer/
There's 0 description that google can crawl and rank you for. So, add unique hand-written description if you want to rank for something. Allow users to generate description with minimum character limit, and ability to add backlink to their site, or at least grab description from youtube.
