If half of them are already there, then add more to them. Customize the footer and forums more. I also suggest you code it and then sell it. The price may only be $20 for the psd however it'll be around $80 after it's coded and ready.

The footer doesn't really need any more customizing. I'll let the buyer decide what they want to put where, instead of loading it up with a bunch of useless links and text. The PSD will include a who's online thing and all that mumbo jumbo though.
