Full back up can restore by ourself?

Hello guys, if we generate full backup then change to other host can we restore the full back up by ourself?

If you have cpanel access then yes it is easy.

Extract the full backup. You'll find two archives in it, a home directory and a mysql directory. Restore both individually and you'll have your site back.

Do the same for email accounts.
