FSN blocked ip

Today I download some file from FSN, it show the mes :
We have detected some suspicious behaviour coming from your IP address and have been temporarily blocked.

Reason code: 9999

How can I contact with FSN support for unblock it.

yeah , they always block ips even i have problems like these :s
