hey, this is how it is looking

Hey its looks nice.

If i am not bothering you can you make some following changes ?

1. Please shift the image to a little left as you can see the logo is not exactly aligned to the center.
2. If possible please try changing the fonts. What I mean is I want the fonts to be thinner. The present are broad.
3. Please change the color of the Formation. The red color is overlapping with the background of the site
