Terrible host. Kept me waiting for 12 hours to setup, support very slow (only once a day).

Refused to install sabnzb and anything other than utorrent.

Avoid.

Rented my own windows 4x4tb server ...much better to be your own provider without the restrictions.

Hello,

It is true that we had a longer support period during the weekend and for the holiday season. However, all of our services were functional and there was no server downtime.
In order to maintain equitable management of resources among users, we must and establish rules for the use of software so as not to abuse resources.
Usenet software (newsgroups) is very hard on disk management and is not included in your low price offer (cheap rdp).
Of course you can use any software you want + obtain administrator rights on our Private RDP offers. But the price is higher than the cheap RDP offers.

Usenet software does NOT use more disk resource than torrent clients. It's probably even better because there is no seeding.

Furthermore, getting tied to utorrent and not able to install other torrent clients is ridiculous.

It is your opinion and we respect it. However, we don't have a big HDD slowdown anymore since we banned newsgroup software. Thank you for your review, even if it is overall negative.

Hello,

There is no hard limit for bandwidth usage. The cpu / ram / network resources are shared equally between the users (load balancing).
This does not mean that you can abuse the 1Gbps network for the whole month ...
