I've currently got a freelancer account on this website and I'm looking for people to post say some cheap jobs ei 20-30usd and invite me to do them, and then provide me with great feedback in return you'll receive the 20-30 back + a $10usd commission for helping.

Well if you really want some feedback, you should do something for ppl here, many of them need free php coding and I believe in return they would provide you with good feedback if you did your work.

I believe you wouldn't like to hire some1 like yourself if you would find out that person was cheating and you would attack him for doing so

Hmm, if you want good feedback perhaps apply for real jobs and get real feedback. That way people won't be disappointed if they choose you based on fake feedback for their jobs only to get a sub standard product.
