I cannot enable this feature. I disabled the security lock, but when I try to enable Boost Profit, it re-enables the security lock instead of enabling Boost Profit feature.
 

For premium download only? Just give a double rate it is easier

Me too. It is only for premium download.
Admin just give new rates like promotion before. This doesn't work for some/all uploaders

Also, download/reports are very low now compared to last two weeks
