If you're going to transfer files from one server to another,
First, run a CRC check and delete corrupted files. This could save you many TB of data in transfers.

The level of file corruption is extreme; these aren't just four isolated files.

Has support disappeared?

Or are they working on fixing the file corruption, or are they on vacation?

They're notified of a very serious critical error, and now they've been downloading corrupted files for more than two weeks, heading toward three weeks.
The corruption rate is likely over 60% for files that are more than three months old.
