remote upload working fine now, but yesterday was showing the old error, abt the new template kindly keep it as easy as possible, there still some visitors angry abt the captcha and that's surprise me.
 
Downloads are not working because the admin has banned VPN and proxy.

But there is something the admin doesn't know. Many users in Europe use VPN and proxy when downloading
I think this file uploader shot himself in the foot too.

even a lot of European channels show ads and promote the most popular VPN software on their ads break, mean used by a lot of them :) , I think the admin need to count only 50% profit for VPN users?!!!
