suggestions:
- add a hover text on the images in the navigation for their category (title="" in the anchor)
- make the header link to the homepage
- get a logo image
- get a favicon
- edit the navigation on the left side so when you're on the submit page 'submit downloads' is highlighted, and on the webmasters page 'webmasters' is highlighted
- fix your submit page

-Get a new logo, you current one is too simple and plain
-Please keep legit stats, do not say you have over 10k downloads
-The navigation for the type of downloads you have at the top left can be confusing and misleading, make the navigation for the site better, put it above the actual submissions
-Sjshah pwned your search cloud
