I'm looking for free blog hosting (wordpress etc.) that would allow links to warez. Also i would like it to support API submission of post (tough wordpress has xml-rpc).

Any?

Which one? Also i don't much care about shore/offshore more about it should load fast and handle traffic well - so that is why i would prefer blogging system solution like blogger more then cheap webhosting ...

i think no one

Well i will install wordpress on some shitty offshore freehosting and see how it will go and then eventually buy something ...

Offshore location from DE available, but if your request includes auto-post plugin, I think it makes cpu core busy more than any shared hosting.

Contact me if you really want to host on offshore server.

you can easily start it on a free hosting anywhere. Until you won't get much traffic, you won't get any problem, and if traffic starts to rise, you will have enough money to buy hosting for yourself.
The most important part is that you should always make backups from your site/database... the best thing you can do if you somehow (maybe with some scripts) synchronize your site to an another free host... so if your site gets deleted, the only thing you have to do is point your domain to the new host and wait for it to propogate.
I succesfully started my site this way in the past. Also it is cheaper this way, couse you won't loose any money if your site sucks and won't get the attention/traffic.

Although i think you should buy at least a .info domain.

Naw, you'r right, i will skip the blog step and crate custom site like i used to in late 90s and 2000s. I will host it on one of my dedi servers that i use for uploading and posting. So nobody can steal my side code :) (would not be much of use without uploader and site poster anyway). And if i get some nice unique visitors i will buy it some cheap dedi from kimsufi, and if it will not be enough - well that is quite far future, at least it seams quite far now.

I don't use them for hosting and i was to lazy to set it up, but i guess something like xamp should work without security risks.
