Yes I am ready to pay if I can use VoIP in UAE without any hassle. hidemyass.com is best and their yearly package is good, but I don't know why others who aren't upto that mark are even more expensive. Looking for a reasonable priced VPN, not PPTP as VoIP still doesn't work in PPTP in UAE...local ISP has some sniffing dogs deployed.

Hotspot Shield is nightmare for VoIP. It disconnects more frequently in Middle East, specially on weekends when all expatriates use it to connect to VoIP services. There is no reliable free solution yet. 2nd hotspot shield free service now opens crappy ads including adult sites.
