Is there any tracker like SCC or TL that i can actually join? These all have invates. I'm looking only for organized scene content, not fastest pretimes.

Thank you, if it is scene organized like scc, then i would be glad. However i don't have seedbox setup jet, so is it ok to activate account and start using week later?

IPT does have scene releases, but it also has a ton of user encodes, and p2p releases. If you don't mind that, IPT is a great tracker.
