Should be with transparent background also if that is not a problem.

it can be in same line or in two different lines, its up to you...

About image, you can add it, but I actually don't know what kind of image whould be good for this. "Besplatno" means Free of charge, so if you have something on your mind, do it

Note: I don't expect some super alien crazy cool mind blowing logo, I just need something simple, thats still better then nothing, and I think I'm worst person for graphic in this world :S

install photoshop, it's not that hard.

play around a little bit or just search google for photoshop logo tutorials.
