This "company" is clueless lol They said everything would take a hour. I'm into the 24th hour and still no word. Personally I gave up after 5 hours.
The sales staff you talk to are clueless as well. You ask a question that you should receive a sentence response to and they just say "ok" or "oj." I'm sorry, but that has nothing to do with what I was saying.
You guys should not be able to work anywhere near people who speak English until you can get out at least two words in a row.
